Bellissimo appartamento ricavato da un antica dimora familiare di fine 800. Panorama incantevole, vista sullo stretto di Messina ,sul borgo antico di Chianalea. Posizione eccellente, situata di fronte allo storico castello Ruffo, sopra le spiaggie attrezzate raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, a poche centinaia di metri dal belvedere San Rocco. Più che un soggiorno un esperienza unica... Facilmente raggiungibile dall' Aeroporto di Reggio Calabria ( 15 km circa),e da Lamezia Terme.(120 km circa).

Soverato sul mare 6 posti di lusso

Appartement face à la mer à 2 minutes à pied de la plage du golfe de Squillace . Il se situe à proximité immédiate de l'hotel San Domenico. L'appartement, dessiné par un architecte a été totalement rénové en 2018. Les prestations sont luxueuses. Il est idéal pour 4 personnes puisqu'il a 2 chambres qui disposent chacune d'un lit 160x200, espace de rangement et de leur propre salle bain. Le salon dispose de 2 sofas de 90x200cm qui peuvent accueillir confortablement 2 personnes supplémentaires.

Impresionante apartamento en chalet con jardín a pocos pasos del mar. La casa ofrece finos acabados y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. El jardín se finalizará en breve. Hay tres espacios independientes en la villa. Cada uno tiene su entrada y patio independientes, el jardín se comparte con el resto de la villa. La casa se encuentra a unos pasos del mar, frente a grandes playas con todos los servicios durante el periodo estival.

Meraviglioso attico di 50m² con terrazza privata di ulteriori 70m². Una vera oasi di quiete ed eleganza con vista mozzafiato sull'Etna e sulla baia di Giardini-Naxos. Ricaricati e rilassati sotto le stelle e a contatto con la natura circostante. Jacuzzi privata per gli ospiti. Si raggiunge a piedi il Corso Umberto, strada principale di Taormina, in soli 7 minuti tramite scale pubbliche illuminate o in 2 minuti in macchina/scooter. Tassa di soggiorno di € 3 a persona per notte.
