Our traditional Mongolian yurt is located on pasture land at our home on the edge of the Galloway Forest, a Dark Sky Park. With sunset views in one direction & the peaks of the Southern Uplands in the other, enjoy the panorama or sit by the River Cree, which crosses our land. 1 bedroom attached cottage in Highland Perthshire, 3 miles from Aberfeldy & Grandtully. Wood fired sauna in adjacent steading (1st use included). Idyllically situated on the foothills of Farragon hill, with beautiful walks right from the door. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

20' woodland yurt in Highland glen

Set in our small mixed woodland at West Cottage and Stables in in picturesque Glenlyon, our 20ft yurt offers complete privacy, a choice of two fire pits (one under cover) and amazing views, a wood burning range cooker, and a double bed – to mention just the essentials. The yurt is lined with wool, and there's a pull out twin bed and a kettle and toaster. There's cold water in the yurt and a full bathroom a short walk up to our house. There's also your own loo right by the yurt.
