Was a bit upset about the pool not being able to heat up but the kids still enjoyed themselves. Overall great stay

We loved staying at Shelli’s home in Monterey Dunes Colony. Every room was set up nicely and clean, and you could tell Shelli has put a lot of care into the home. There were 7 of us and each family member enjoyed their stay. We love staying at Monterey Dunes Colony because the location can’t be beat. Every home has their quirks but honestly we didn’t find any at Shelli’s. It was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the beach and scenery, and close enough to outdoor activities and the aquarium. The living room is set up comfortably for a big group, while offering privacy too. It was a restful and rejuvenating getaway! We plan to book again.

Corinne was very responsive. She got back to us very quickly with answers to our questions. Her place was comfortable and perfect for us. Nice, quite location. We would stay again for sure.

What to say. It was so peaceful we kept taking naps. It is a beautiful home nestled in a rolling hillside. The design is spacious with enough room to congregate with or separate from your travel companions. The backyard garden provides beauty and a home for a variety of birds, squirrels, and lizards. You might even spot a few deer at the top of the hillside. Sean and Wendy were great hosts. They responded to my requests quickly and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. This is a definitely a home to return to.

Graciela's place was cozy and perfect for our little trip. The kids loved the pool area and the snacks!

It’s a beautiful place. It’s was a peaceful escape from the business of the Bay Area. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience. Even though it was just a short stay. Would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again. They have a lot of board games and the hot tub is amazing and the sauna.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a long weekend at Lauren's place and it was a wonderful, relaxing home away from home. Check-in was super smooth and we absolutely loved the area the listing was in. It's walkable (or a very short drive) to many local eateries, breweries, shops, and cafes on the west side and there's also plenty of nature-oriented things to do since it's so close to the ocean — hikes, beaches, walks, parks etc. The listing itself was very clean and had everything we need. Lauren even left some snacks and drinks for us as a welcome gift which we thought was very sweet. The kitchen is well stocked for your needs there. The one small setback was that it didn't have a a full sized refrigerator so the frozen foods we bought didn't quite fit into the mini fridge's freezer section. Everything was spotless and though it was raining while we were there, we would definitely come back and enjoy the patio space next time. Highly recommend this listing for a peaceful getaway to Santa Cruz.

Ben's Airbnb was wonderful! It was clean, well kept, had the rooms and items we needed, it had sunlight, a small garden and outdoor sitting area in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, grocery and some sights. Ben was excellent to work with - responsive, clear and readily accessible. He was proactive in understanding our late night arrival and getting information to us in a timely manner. I would definitely repeat working with Ben. I highly recommend Ben and his Airbnb. Great place!!

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Sean war sehr freundlich, gab uns viele Tipps und stellte auch Getränke und Snacks zur Verfügung, was eine tolle Geste war. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt haben wir uns unsicher gefühlt und insbesondere die Möglichkeit in der Garage parken zu dürfen, war sehr von Vorteil. Daher insgesamt für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

We are repeat guests at Murthy's place. It is ideal for a couple who wants to easily walk to 2 great grocery stores plus Bevmo and hang in or wander out and simply walk to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. That said you are located on a very private and quiet street. The kitchen is well stocked with appropriate ware. The bed was super comfortable and the couch in the main room converts to a bed or just a get spot to watch the numerous channels available to you. Murthy and Rima are such kind hosts! We got a personal welcome letter and a number of treats they left. They are great communicators and offer lots of information and guidance about the area if needed. One of our favorite parts about the unit is the great skylight in the bathroom. Its fun to shower with that as your only light!! There were lots of towels, nice soap and shampoo too. There were a ton of amenities we could have used but our trip was short. Things like the little washer / dryer in the unit are a great hit. Awesome!

we really enjoyed our stay in Aptos. there were thoughtful touches throughout the space. it was very convenient when traveling with an animal and the host was very responsive. the home was much more beautiful than the pictures depicted. very enjoyable, stay and getaway

Jonathan's place was great. I needed a last minute place to stay with family, and he was very responsive. Honestly it exceeded expectations. I really liked the house and the area as well.

We had a great stay! The place is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Rick was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially good collection of pots and pans. We had booked the home for 10 people, but initially, bedding was only set up for 8. After reaching out, Rick promptly delivered the extra towels, sheets, and a blanket we needed—within just a few hours. That was truly impressive!

The home is beautiful inside and out. It was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the fenced backyard for our dogs - we enjoyed walking around the yard (it is as big as some small parks!) and let them enjoy the grass while we enjoyed the views of the ocean and hearing the waves crash and pelicans fly at our eye level! Only a few steps to get into the home was easy enough for my elderly mother as well. This is a perfect location to explore the surrounding areas too - we visited Los Gatos, San Francisco, Point Reyes Station, and stopped by the Apple visitor center. Pacifica and HMB had great choices for coffee and breakfasts to get us going on our day journeys. If we could live there - we would! I know we will be dreaming of the views from the living room for a long time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

The home was great! Very accommodating to our group, we had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness of the home. M was very responsive and nice! Loved and enjoyed our stay!

Had an amazing time at Louise's place for our mini family reunion. Place was set up great for two families and was especially helpful for our toddler with the baby gates already on the stairs and the child lock on the games cabinet. The house was exceptionally well appointed with beach toys in the garage, games, books, and even kids place settings. Would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at this house as it was close to my family on Humboldt and to the town of Burlingame. The house had plenty of room for us although we were 5 couples and the bedroom arrangement did not meet our needs as the basement beds were not private for 2 couples. It would work better for a family with kids. Luckily, we were able to move 1 couple to my cousins house. The backyard was lovely but did not have any outdoor furniture other than a bistro table and 2 chairs. Mirana was very responsive to our texts and we appreciated our ability to check in early. It is super close to the airport! We will come back again soon. Thank you for hosting us!

Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

Wonderful space! Comfy, charming, well appointed, clean. Specifically, an extremely comfortable bed. Perfect for a single person or couple, with walking distance to the beach. Andrew and Teyara were flexible and communicative. We’d definitely come back!
