perfect location, so close to bus and tram stops. its not in the mega busy main tourist drag of Balat, its a nicer area for me, more local feel with great , cheap eateries , but really easy to walk into the busier parts. check in, communication, arranging transfers all of that was smooth and friendly. nice balcony, good hot water and comfy bed. its a boutique apart stay rather than a regular home, so you do need to take your own tea/cooking oil etc...but the kitchen had all i needed - except a turkish teapot :)

This Apartment was incredible. stunning view of Bosphorus from each floor. The apartment was well decorated. Beds were comfortable and clean. You need to be ready to climb lots of stairs. But this Istanbul, your thighs will be tested all over the city. Ugur was a very kind host and available anytime.

Myself and two friends had an amazing time staying at Taylans place in April. Really liked the decor of the place. Absolutely loved being on the balcony. We accidentally locked the key in the apartment and Taylan responded immediately and sorted the situation out. Also a great location in the heart of beyoğlu. Thank you for having us Taylan!

Alles war sehr gut und schön, leider muss aber sagen das die Zimmer sehr heiß war man könnte leider nicht gut schlafen .es wär besser wenn man die Fußbodenheizung nicht so hoch anstellen würde. Trotz allem war alles okay!

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux par le neveu d'Isik qui a eu la gentillesse de nous monter notre valise, merci à lui. L'appartement est très bien placé, à 10 mn à pied de l'arrêt Havabus ( direct vers l'aéroport Gokcen). Le Airbnb d'Isik est spacieux, propre , bien équipé et très confortable, avec une belle terrasse. De plus, sa situation à 5mn de Taksim permet de rejoindre les métros , bus et tramways qui vous emmènent aux principaux sites touristiques. Isik à été très aimable et réactif, toujours soucieux de notre bien être. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul et nous vous recommandons très vivement de séjourner dans le merveilleux Airbnb d'Isik, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung in Ören super zufrieden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt besonders die Abende auf dem Balkon war wunderschön, wir haben den Ausblick genossen und wir würden es nochmal buchen. Parkplätze waren kein Problem und das Meer war in der Nähe, aber eigenes Auto würde ich empfehlen, damit man die Gegend erkunden kann. Ayse ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Person.

Great location near the Galata Tower. Used it as a great base to explore both the European and Asians sides of Istanbul! The view from the Terrace is spectacular!

Can't count the number of times we have stayed here. We brought two "seniors" with us and they loved the place.

Location is perfect! Communication is on top, Ferit is super helpful. always online, always ready for help, was really glad to meet him! There is no elevator to whom it is important and apartments on the top floor. Besides, place need to be repaired somewhere, some items should be replaced. Floors are old and squeaky. You can hear the neighbors talking.

A wonderful time in a great cozy place. Good living space for two with a balcony on each side. A really nice feeling to enjoy the flat itself, but also the location in this part of the city. We'd be very happy to go back, even with those steep stairs to get to that nest :-)

Tao’s home was beautiful and comfortable for our group. The terrace had beautiful views of the Bosporus and the units were decorated with a cool vintage feel. The neighborhood was great and just a quick walk away from the tram. Would recommend, would stay again.

The apartment was nice and clean. The street below is a bit noisy at night, but that is to be expected in this location. Erol was helpful and responded quickly.

I loved staying here! Really well designed space and central location super close to some great cafes and restaurants. Came across a nice mix of locals, travelers, and even ex-Pats. Just feels like a cool neighborhood to hang out in. I’d say perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Heads up, it is a walk up but the patio and view is great 🙂 Also easily the best host I’ve had. Super responsive and friendly
