Your suite entrance is behind a locked combination entry gate and door and is attached to the main house on the first floor, which shares a small wall that's been upgraded to ensure complete privacy. There is no living space above your suite.

While attached to the main house (yes, you will probably hear us from time to time🤓), it is completely private, locked off, space that is an ideal base for exploring and enjoying all that Santa Cruz offers. Our perfect escape for two is 3/4 mile from the S.C. Harbor and centrally located between Capitola and downtown Santa Cruz.

You may also access the common-space gardens and hot tub in the spa-like back yard (upon request).
