I had a wonderful stay at Donna's place. The home was comfortable, very clean & in a great location. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay for family members who didn't fit in our house for the holidays! Walkable to town and close to all the North Shore has to offer.

My friends and I were traveling to play in a billiards competition and finding a comfortable place to sleep and convenient location is so important. This place checked all of our boxes and then some! There were kcups for the coffeemaker and the hot chocolate was such a pleasant surprise. We had to play our competition at a private club that happened to be a smoking bar so we were so happy that we got to refresh our clothes with the laundry available. Parking was easy and communication with the host was perfect. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our stay. I would highly recommend without hesitation!

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

This place was immaculate. Squeaky clean. Super comfortable. Everything we needed. It was easy to find, Kate was so kind and the space felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back. The beach is very close, and it’s a very peaceful setting.

This was my second stay in one of Michael's places. Enjoyed both times and would definitely come back. It's starting to feel like my home away from home 😊

Lovely, super clean, beautifully decorated home. Everything you need (except a toaster). Huge yard was totally enjoyed by my doggie. 2 Gun shots nearby were shocking, guess it's hunting season in the woods (at least this city girl hopes that is reason). Only issues were dripping shower head, no stopper to take bath in deep soaker tub, and could not turn down heat for sleeping. Overall great 1st airbnb experience for me.

The house was clean upon arriving. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Beds were comfortable. It was a lovely home!

This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

My family and I had a great stay at Shawn’s place. The house was clean, newly updated, and fit our needs just fine. There was a mostly fenced in yard in the back which was great for the dog and we enjoyed on a nice afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised how close it was to everything. It was 5 mins to the train station and about a 30 minute train ride to north station. Aside from Boston, we found all sorts of things to do in the nearby surroundings including arcades, plenty of restaurants and the zoo. The nearby park, lake, and playground were a big hit with the kids. We would recommend to anyone looking to be accessible to Boston but also have a suburban experience and access to everything MA has to offer. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay! Friends and I stayed at Alex’s for a wedding which was the perfect location next to the hotel where the wedding was. Super convenient and walkable to downtown! Very responsive!

Erin's place is really beautiful. Much more spacious than I had realized from photos. Its any easy walk to the nearest beaches, and some nice storefronts and restaurants. Lovely historic neighborhood. The fenced in yard is wonderful for dog owners. I had a couple of questions for Erin and she always responded quickly. A great place.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

What a gem of a place for our girl's weekend! This home is in a great location right near the town commons that makes it easy to traverse Salem and all that it has to offer, so stay here if you want to check out the local bars, restaurants, stores, museums, and waterfront. We used Alex's place as a home base to explore both Salem and Boston, and the house is easily walkable from the Salem train station that can get you to and from Boston. Alex was so considerate, and even got us local coffee and cupcakes as a welcome present -- she is by far the most thoughtful host we've ever had! We would absolutely stay here again (and again)!

Kevin's place was amazing in so many ways. Location is the first! Not only is his rental across from the beach and you can gaze at the crashing waves to your hearts content, but his space was well appointed; we didn't use the kitchen much, but when we did, we had what at we needed at our fingertips. There were things left from other guests available for you to use. The condo was clean and what you see in the pictures is EXACTLY what you get. Check is was the easiest checkin I could imagine-there WERE PICTURES. You can't mess it up. Kevin was super responsive when we needed him. The only thing to consider is parking is in the back of the condo and you must pass thru a low clearance corridor from route 1a to the parking lot. Those with a high clearance vehicle or a thule rack or j bars for kayaks might have an issue with clearance. We have a siennna with no roof racks and had no issues. Thank you, Kevin, we will happily return!!

Edna thought of every little detail of what we would need to make our stay comfortable. Wished we could stay longer but definately will be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Diane’s wonderful place. The views were superb and the walk to beach was less than 30 seconds! The pristine condo had everything we needed and more. We would recommend her place to anyone traveling to Hampton Beach.
