Modern, fresh, 400m to beach. The BEST beach house

This beautiful, modern beach house is just 5 mins walk to Ned Neales lookout and the wonderful Sandy Point beach. The house is just 6 years old and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full size laundry and a lovely open plan kitchen/living space which flows seamlessly onto the covered deck. The kitchen is well kitted out with a Belling stove, microwave & dishwasher. Large tables both inside and out ensure there is space for everyone, perfect for a social getaway with family or friends.

The house is perfect for a family of four, including your loved pets. Wifi is provided. Beach is perfect for surfing, swimming, fishing and beach-combing. Set on a peaceful 700 square meter block dotted with native trees and plenty of space for kids or fury kids to roam . Refurbished in 2024 , this stylish beach house has all modern amenities. Guests are asked to bring their own linen but doonas and pillows are provided . Polar Cottage is light filled , and offers great accomodation for up to 8 people .

Welcome to our home in Lakes Entrance! Our home is in town on the flat and a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We are pet friendly with a fully secure yard and our long driveway is perfect for bringing a boat! Our backyard area is newly modernised with BBQ, outdoor TV, couch and dining area.
