Only 3 blocks to the PATH train to WTC (in 15 minutes) and Midtown (in 22 minutes), which runs 24/7, making all tourist attractions and shopping very convenient. Groceries, restaurants, cafes, etc.

Within walking distance is the train to NYC (30-40 min away) or Hudson Valley towns; coffee, restaurants, shops, parks, the supermarket & farmers market. It's pet-friendly and perfect for family visits, NYC escapes, scouting out the town for prospective moves, and waiting out home renovations. We reserve a parking spot for guests.

The backyard is very spacious and a perfect place for fresh air. There is parking in the driveway that accommodates compact-midsize cars comfortably.
