I've been going to Ptown 2-3 X a year for over 30 years to visit with friends who live there year round. The original hotels where I used to stay are now condos. With the arrival of AirBnB, Booking and so on, prices are not what they were, but on the flip side, the range of accommodations and amenities is much better nowadays. With that preamble out of the way, I have to say that Jason's apartment is beautiful, modern, well equipped and furnished. Because the ferry is not available in winter, I drove and needed a place to park. In addition, due to the cold weather I was glad to have the luxury of a gas fireplace. There is a park behind the property and it is on a quiet street. There is a Gulf gas station a few minutes walk away that sells basic necessities. Also, I was able to walk into town very easily. The showers get plenty of hot water. I cooked breakfast (cheese omelette) and one dinner (soup) and found the kitchen had everything I needed. Excellent experience.

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

We booked a last-minute trip and had a fantastic stay! Ariana was incredibly helpful and accommodating—she answered all our questions promptly and made everything easy. The cottage was spotless, smelled amazing, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—close to shops and restaurants, which made everything convenient. All of our guests were impressed with the place, and we’d definitely come back. I highly recommend this spot to anyone planning a quick getaway to the Cape!

Stayed here with a few of my friends for a wedding and the place was perfect! Really close to the Barker House wedding venue, walkable to downtown Scituate. Beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Overall, a great stay!

My friends and I stay at Maureen’s cottage every February for a winter stitching getaway. The house is perfect for the 3 of us. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths. The living room is spacious. We love the kitchen and dining table. We set up our stitching gear and stitch the days away until it’s time to say goodbye. There are so many great restaurant choices close by. We highly recommend the Keltic Kitchen a short distance away on rte 28. Perfect breakfast place. We also tried for the first time a very small Thai restaurant, Bangkok Kitchen. The food was delicious and very nice people. Back to Maureen’s Beach Glass Cottage…just a perfect place to stay. The amenity list does not even begin to cover what they have available. It’s the perfect getaway home in my opinion. The one floor living is great for us with 1 of us having mobility issues. We cannot wait to come back. Thank You!

Perfect spot to get away and clear your head. Wi-Fi and amenities we're great, the private back patio is serene and everything you'd want to see in downtown Provincetown is within walking distance. If you enjoy the type of vacation where you can park your car and not get back in it until you leave, this is a wonderful spot. It was very affordable, well maintained, and an overall peaceful spot with good vibes.

Minh took the time to decorate for the holidays. She was very responsive. Her place was Spotless! There were plenty of places to relax.

My partner and I have visited PTown on several occasions now, but this was our first stay at Jason's place. I cannot say enough great things. The space itself is adorable! Everything was well thought out, and made to feel like a home. The bed was cozy, and Jason provided any and all of the amenities you could have asked for. Jason's space is less than a minute walk to Commercial Street, and close to Joe Coffee (along with so many other places). Jason was extremely accommodating, communicated so well, and went out of his way to welcome us. The location alone was easily one of the most convenient spaces we have rented. We would absolutely stay again.
