This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. We enjoyed our stay here. While not a large place. it was perfect for our needs. The two beds were firm with memory foam topped mattresses, which we found comfortable. Each room had a smart TV that was easy to use. The kitchen had a very nice setup, and the main area had plenty of chairs along with the couch. The only downside was the Wifi, which was adequate for some simple office work, but failed horribly for gaming on it due to high latency and huge lag spikes. Aside from that you I can tell the great kare that Kristen takes of the property and highly recommend staying with her.

This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Teresa's place - the house is compact, but still worked really well for our family of six! The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook, and the side yard was great for the kids to run around a bit. Teresa provided some fun recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and walking paths nearby, which was great!

We had a lovely stay at Catherine's house, there is lots of space and has everything you need! She was a responsive and helpful host, and we would definitely stay here again. Our teens loved the foos ball table and comfy basement, and the kitchen is updated, clean, and has all the supplies needed for cooking. The house is also easy walking distance to Old Colorado City and several great shops and restaurants.

Me and my family enjoyed our short stay in Tim’s place. It is really a cozy home, very clean styled with a great taste which caught my attention. My mom & 2 daughters liked it so much. The location is also a plus factor, safe & quiet. All positive comments about our stay! Highly recommend!

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

We stayed for 3 weeks and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and preparing food. The appliances were nice and we appreciated the laundry pods. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also nice to have the fireplace the few days it snowed. We were very cozy staying in and watching movies. It's also a great location. We walked to the Blue Moose for pizza and beer, and walked to the pond for some fishing. Woodland Park is close for going to the grocery store or out to dinner. Erin is very responsive and ensured we had a 5-star stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in CO. -Jim & Mindy

The house and property are absolutely beautiful! Exactly as described and held 8 of us without a problem! I would definitely look into staying there again!

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

This truly was a family friendly place to stay! We traveled with our 9 month old and didn’t have to haul toys, high chair or a bed for him because Ashley had everything we needed. Her place was clean and comfortable. One of the most important things for my family and I when traveling is comfortability and coziness. The furniture and bedding was comfy and extra blankets and pillows were provided. Ashley was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. All the instructions and rules were very clear and there were no questions about checking in or out. The only “complaint” is that everything we planned to do (activities and eating spots) was in Colorado Springs which was a 20-30 min drive (depending on exactly where we were going) everyday. We made the drive about 2 times a day so we used up quite a bit of gas but it wasn’t terrible because the location has very easy access to the highway. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

It was beautiful, clean. It was a great home for my family. I did not see anything wrong with it. I wish we could have stayed longer it was a quick visit.

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Great cabin in perfect location. Very peaceful setting - quiet, plenty of deer to watch and a relaxing front porch for morning coffee. My wife and I spent most of the days hiking and it was nice to come “home” to your cabin to relax. We will be back.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had and definitely one of the best trips we’ve ever had! The place was amazing and had so much attention to detail woven in. We loved the pictures on the walls, the amenities available, the amazing beds, and the TV room. Super cozy and amazing value.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! Barb was such a fantastic host. It took her no time at all to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay. She was very friendly and kind wether it be thru text or phone call. We had our two dogs with us and it was set up great for them both inside and out. The yard was very well fenced in with two separate sections if needed. My family and I would absolutely recommend Barb and her place to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, at home stay. This will be our go to for the future.
