Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Onze vakantiewoning ligt onderaan het drielandenpunt Oostenrijk, Italië en Slovenië. Hierdoor geniet je van het goede dat deze drie landen bieden. Ons huis beschikt over woonkamer, keuken, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, tuin, balkon en verwarmd zwembad eind april tot midden oktober In de winter hebben wij exclusief voor onze gasten 2 lockers aan de piste.
