Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Montalcino Townhouse with Private Garden & Spa

A luxury apartment that blends traditional elements with all the modern comforts and some contemporary wall art. The apartment is centrally located in the upper part of town, only around the corner from the main square, in the limited traffic area. You can drive close by to download the luggage. The closest free car park is located at less than 10 minutes walk. Please note that to reach the house you need to walk a fairly steep street: it may not be ideal for those with mobility problems.

Distribuita su più livelli, ha due ingressi indipendenti, ed unampio terrazzo sul tetto, solarium attrezzato, dal quale si può ammirare un bellissimo panorama. Recentemente ristrutturata dona un'atmosfera unica ed accogliente. TV in sala ed in camera. WI-FI FASTWEB ultra veloce. Per una coppia con bambino c’è anche la possibilità di aggiungere un lettino singolo in camera con i genitori. Al bisogno self check-in.

Caratteristica casa di campagna con travi in legno a vista 2 camere matrimoniali,1 camera con letto a castello e un divano letto matrimoniale in sala.I 2 bagni con doccia.Cucina grande e ben attrezzata. Lavastoviglie, forno a legna e elettrico macchina x espresso.Ampio giardino con barbecue, piscina e una hot tub . Spese da pagare in loco in base al consumo legna 8€ a cassetta Gpl 6€ a metro cubo elettricità 0,36 a kw. Sarà fornita legna per un barbecue e un bagno caldo nella hot tub gratis.
