Appartamento molto pulito, in quasi tutti gli spazi luminoso, ovunque gradevole e dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari. Dovendo tornare a Treviso con ogni probabilità chiederemo di nuovo lo stesso appartamento. Città attraversata da molti canali, la presenza di mulini ad acqua impreziosice vari quartieri. Centro storico tutto percorribile a piedi. Suggerisco di informarsi di eventi culturali prima della partenza, per potere pianificare. Supermercati ben forniti. Ristoranti di buona qualità. Gentilezza da parte dei Trevisani quando chieste informazioni per strada. Mi permetto di consigliare una visita alla diga del Vajont, con attenzione a quanto raccontato dalle guide sugli eventi del 1963.

Séjour exceptionnel!!!!........... Soleil, belles visites à Venise et appartement on ne peut plus agréable. Il y a peut être un peu trop de monde à Venise le week-end compte tenu de notre âge (74 ans). Nous recommandons à 200 % la location de l'appartement d'Antonio et son épouse, vous ne serez pas déçus. L'appartement est à 5 mn de l'arrêt de bus et 15 mn après vous êtes à Venise car les chauffeurs ne sont pas impactés par une quelconque limitation de vitesse. De plus, l'appartement est exempté de taxe pour les visiteurs car agréé, et avons été souvent contrôlés à Venise. Nous remercions Antonio et son épouse pour leur accueil très très chaleureux ainsi que la surprise du cadeau à notre départ. Famille BOGO de Bordeaux.

Excellent séjour à Venise ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé, grand, bien aménagé, les chambres et les salles de bains sont bien et la terrasse est superbe. Communication parfaite avec Chiara, qui est très réactive, aimable et disponible. On recommande !

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost exact ca în poze – curat, spațios și foarte bine echipat. Locația este perfectă, aproape de magazine, restaurante și mijloace de transport. Gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă și atentă la detalii, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomand cu încredere!

Wir haben dieses Apartment sehr genossen: Wegen seiner Lage am Rande der historischen Altstadt konnten wir alle interessanten Orte dieser schönen und lebendigen Stadt unkompliziert und zu Fuß erreichen. E' la seconda volta che recensisco l'alloggio di Giuliana. E' una vera e propria casa, spaziosa, confortevole e anche calda se ci andate in inverno ;) Si arriva al mare o ai negozi in pochi minuti, ma la location e' verde e tranquilla. Giuliana e' una host perfetta, e noi consigliamo il suo alloggio a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere un periodo di totale relax a Caorle con la famiglia o gli amici.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Arianna's apartment is one of the most beautiful in Italy. The apartment is in a very good location, in the center of the city, fully equipped and very clean.
