I was in Kamal's place for over one month, the apartment is clean, I felt as I was at home in Kamal's House, Kamal was very responsive to my request at all time, though I never had the opportunity meeting withhim, at night I developed stomach pain, o call Dominique who was very helpful at all time, he instructed mallam Saidu to take me the the clinic, and immediately came and met me in the clinic, he drove out and get all the medication prescribed by the doctor, I was treated like a family member. thanks to Saidu who was at my service at all time, thanks to Kamal who was always sending me packs of bottles water since I came back from the hospital, Dominique and Saidu are amazing guys, I will repeat a visit again. however electricity be is very high, which I suggested to Kamal the also get some Fans to the apartment so that using Air conditioner be come option. i enjoy the beach so much. I recommend the apartment to others. once again thank you Kamal, Dominique and Saidu.

All as advertised. Very clean and comfortable place to rest and relax. Communications with hosts was perfect and the host family was super kind and attentive. I stayed for a week - perfect place and experience. Thanks!!

Die Wohnung und alles, was dazugehört, sind wunderbar. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Betten sind bequem, die Terrasse sehr schön. Bei jeder Frage wurde uns sofort geholfen, sei es bezüglich Strom, mobilem Internet oder auch einfach wo man frisches Brot herbekommt. Wir haben auch das Auto nebst super nettem, hilfsbereiten und zuverlässigen Chauffeur in Anspruch genommen. Ich würde bei jedem Aufenthalt wieder bei Sophia wohnen wollen. Danke für zwei tolle Wochen!

Host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. His employees are also very helpful and available. The kitchen area was my favourite in terms of design. Very compact and perfect for a solo traveler.

the studio is well situated and is very comfortable. the matrasses, as in most hotels in benin are very stiff.

Great time; we felt like home. Had the whole apartment to ourselves. Don't mind the enviroments. It's typical in some parts in Africa. Aside from that, once you are in. You are good to go.

Le logement de Florence à Cotonou est absolument parfait pour notre groupe de 7 personnes ! L'emplacement est idéal ( proche aéroport , plage), la propreté impeccable et les hôtes sont très accueillants. Florence nous a permis une arrivée et un départ « sans stresse » avec sa fléxibilité horaire La piscine accessible à tout moment est vraiment un vrai plus. Les employés de la maison ont étés très gentil et respectueux. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et recommandons cette adresse.

Très bel appartement tout équipé et bien situé sur la Route des Pêches. La piscine sur la terrasse du haut est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle. Je recommande

Le séjour à la Résidence Eben Ezer est inoubliable pour nous. Nous avons été bien accueilli et nous sommes tombés sous le charme de la déco et des équipements. nous reviendrons et ne manquerons à conseiller cette résidence à d'autres amis et parents qui voudront visiter Cotonou. Pour ne pas oublier, je dois évoquer aussi le vent marin qui nous bercait chaque soir sur la terrasse. Du courage à vous et maintenez le cap.

We loved our stay with Florence. She was very warm and welcoming. The house was super clean and perfect for hanging out. There are tons of great restaurants nearby. The pool was great as we were traveling as a family. I highly recommend and we will be back at Florence’s house next time we come to Cotonou. Most of all we appreciated Florence’s hospitality and personal touch. It was more like staying with family than an Airbnb.

nous venons de passer une semaine complète dan le logement de Gabin, nous avons été accueillis par Basile et son épouse Martine qui habitent sur place et font office de gardiens. un couple charmant, solaire et très disponible (merci à Basile de nous avoir spontanément proposé de nous déposer en ville alors qu'il partait au travail 🙏🏽) le logement est vraiment spacieux, la terrasse agréable on y prenait chaque matin notre petit déjeuner. Tout était fonctionnel il ne manquait rien. Par manque de temps nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la petite piscine sur le rooftop. un petit magasin de dépannage bien pratique est disponible au pied de l'immeuble. La zone est calme 👍🏽 nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gabin et même s'il n'était pas sur place il a vraiment été disponible et prévenant 🙏🏽

très bon rapport qualité prix... je recommande cette résidence bien pensée... des matériaux et mobiliers de qualités... un cadre inspirant et reposant. et chose très rare un service de qualité...
