Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Hanover Haven 3 BR/2 Bath

Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Freshly renovated condo at the sought after Tall Ship condos in Keowee Key. This is hands down the best unit the complex has to offer with amazing views. Enjoy grilling out on the patio overlooking the marina, walking on the trail, or relax in the pool which is only a short walk away. This is truly a paradise. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson.
