Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

Escape to this enchanting bear themed camper, nestled on a cozy one acre wooded lot. While another camper is nearby, a privacy fence creates your own peaceful haven. Ideally located between three cities, you’re just minutes from shopping, dining, lakes, waterfalls, and scenic hiking trails. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
