Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. De villa bestaat uit twee afzonderlijke woongedeelten, met een eigen ingang, Het gaat hier om het bovenste gedeelte, met 2 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer, een volledig ingerichte keuken, meerdere buiten zit gedeeltes, een buiten keuken en een zwembad met een buiten douche. En dat in een heerlijke rustige omgeving, maar toch in de buurt van winkels, restaurants en strand.
