It's fun, it's entertaining, it's spacious, it's a great location, it's newly furnished, it's 20 minutes from downtown KL and it's your home away from home. This home is located in the Cheras area, not far from the famous Wednesday night market. It has off street, gated parking for several cars & motorbikes. This FUN house has a ping pong, karaoke system, board games, pool table and an organ/ paino! The outdoor patio has a BBQ pit, sitting & dining areas and a cute lotus pond.

USJ7 LRT station to KL city is 500m away. Free 300Mbps WIFI. Basic UnifiTV channels. The perfect get-together venue with families / friends. Strictly for staying, not suitable to hold events and no film shooting. BBQ is not allowed.
