Little Red Barn W/Sauna Access

This unique comfy space is located on our 10-acre boutique farm/nursery in a beautiful landscape and Dark Night Skies. It is a cozy camp in any season with 1 queen and 2 twin beds in the loft and accessed by a ladder. Includes supplemental heat/AC, fire pit, picnic table. There is not a restroom attached. The restrooms are shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets must be included in your reservation.

Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

Plus a new Hot Tub! Located in a small town with a 50's style cafe and drive in, it's a must stay on everyones list. Stay as you pass through town, or make it a planned vaca experience for the young and old. The bedrooms each have a fun theme. Don't forget to take pics as you take on the full 50's VIBE!

Home Base Resort #6

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Please note: this is a private room with its own entry through a door on the deck. There is a door connecting to front of house, but it is locked from both sides.
