Magnificent mansion in centre town

Fantastic regionalist style mansion early twentieth century, recently restored, has a ground floor, first floor and attic, settling around two courtyards, one central and one rear. Downstairs are the living room of 45 m2., Cheerful kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor are four bedrooms, one with dressing room, and two bathrooms and finally in the attic is a bedroom with bathroom and access to a terrace of 40 m2. Precioso apartamento nuevo, junto a Plaza de Armas. Fibra 300 MB. Smart TV. Entrada autónoma. En la mejor ubicación para visitar Sevilla, a pocos minutos andando de la Catedral, el río, la Plaza de Toros y otros monumentos.
