Het is een rustige villa met één verdieping met veel licht en panoramische ramen in het centrum van het dorp Sevilla, Burguillos, op slechts 25 minuten rijden van de prachtige Andalusische hoofdstad. Het biedt een grote groene tuin, bedekt met natuurlijk gras, met een mooi privézwembad, weg van de nieuwsgierige blikken van buren, met fruitbomen en een ecologische moestuin. Het is een perfecte keuze voor een mooie vakantie vol rust en ontspanning na lange wandeltochten. Het is een comfortabele villa met één verdieping met veel licht en panoramische ramen. Heeft drie slaapkamers. Het biedt een veranda en een grote groene tuin, die bedekt is met natuurlijk gras, met een mooi privézwembad, weg van de nieuwsgierige blikken van buren, om af te koelen op warme zomerdagen, met fruitbomen (druiven, sinaasappels, pruimen of peren zijn voor u beschikbaar) en een ecologische moestuin, ligstoelen, barbecue, tafels en stoelen om buiten te eten. De villa is volledig ingericht en goed uitgerust. Het heeft een ruime woonkamer en eetkamer. De woonkamer is voorzien van een tv met groot scherm en internationale zenders en er is gratis WiFi in het hele pand. De villa wordt volledig verhuurd. Ik geef mijn gasten onafhankelijkheid, maar ik ben beschikbaar als ze me nodig hebben. De villa ligt in het hart van het dorp met alle voorzieningen. Burguillos heeft ongeveer 6.000 inwoners, en daarom heeft het alle diensten tot zijn beschikking, waaronder vele bars en restaurants die kunnen worden gelopen vanaf het huis, dat zich in het centrum van het dorp bevindt. Bussen zijn dagelijks beschikbaar naar de hoofdstad.

Ideal para desconectar de la ciudad, y darse un "baño de naturaleza". Situado en una finca cerrada de 12 hectáreas de bosque mediterráneo, con encinas, alcornoques y quejigos entre los que pasear se convertirá en una experiencia única y relajante. La cabaña consta de todas las comodidades y está perfectamente equipada.

It is in a landscape reserve full of birds, at the top of a hill, next to Caminito del Rey and El Torcal and in the centre of Andalusia to visit other cities. We love to share this little paradise with our guests! .

Isolated, but only 1km from the village, at its feet runs the greenway, an old railway line that links the three mountain ranges (Sevilla Sur, Grazalema and Ronda) and that has been recovered for active tourism. In the old station, just a few metres from the farm, you can enjoy the local cuisine, after a fresh morning discovering the trails of the valley.
