Tawny Cottage, luxurious and spacious rural haven

Tawny cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout with attention to detail. A feeling of luxury and tranquility. The cottage enjoys underfloor heating and fabulous rural views to be enjoyed in the warmer months from the decking outside the kitchen. Patio doors open right up to allow the outside in. Beautiful isolated farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, 10 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon. This idyllic country retreat offers luxurious accommodation and is an ideal place to unwind and relax with 360-degree countryside views. A mile from the local pub which has a Michelin Star, this quiet location is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Charming character cottage - 2 bedrooms

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Spacious, character cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The house has a real homely feel to it. We believe it’s the ultimate location to experience the Cotswolds the way it should be. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living spaces and a garden ideal for early morning breakfasts. I guarantee an absolutely private stay. No sharing, no disturbances.

Cottage 3, Oakham Farm, Loxley with coarse fishing

3 Oakham Farm is set on a 120 acre family run farm, in the heart of Warwickshire. Oakham Farm is home to 130 sheep, pigs, a semi friendly farm cat and some beautiful fishing ponds. FREE fishing is included in your stay, you just need to bring your own equipment. A short drive away from Stratford Upon Avon & a 30 minute country walk to the community pub in Loxley Village (or an 8 minute drive). Oakham Farm has good motorway access and is a 30 minute drive to the Cotswolds.

Idyllic Thatched Country Cottage - a hidden gem!

Situated in the picturesque village of Wing, this adorable thatched cottage is nestled in the grounds of beautiful Cedar House. The property was fully renovated in March 2021 and is the ideal getaway location to explore everything that stunning Rutland has to offer. The cottage is only 5 minute drive to Rutland Water, Uppingham and Oakham, so you have everything you wish to experience during your stay on your doorstep. Historic Stamford is also only 20 mins away.

IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax
