This cute & comfy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom is perfect for 2 but could sleep 3. Bedroom has a queen size bed & a single pullout chair lounger. The couch has been replaced so someone could sleep on the couch if needed. This home has newer furnishings, newer pots & pans, new dinnerware & silverware. Its also equipped with a blender, pizza pan, baking items. Stackable full size washer & dryer with iron & ironing board. Stainless steel throughout the home. Cute home in quiet Oakland area of Topeka.

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

This 2 bedroom home is recently remodeled but kept some of the charm of yesteryear in a quiet neighborhood that makes it easy to get to the Hummer Sports Park, Topeka Civic Theater, the Hospital District, the revived Downtown, Topeka Zoo, and Washburn University, yet only 1.5 miles to I-70 if you are traveling and just need a spot to rest your head.
