The space has been created to encourage a sense of community with all who stay here. We hope you enjoy the short 4 minute walk to the beach, (please note running shoes are recommended. The trail is steep and has obstacles such as roots and rocks) the endless trails nearby or the amazing yard and space the property has to offer.

The kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped. The bedroom provides a queen bed, large closet and plenty of storage. There is in suite laundry and a private entrance with keyless entry and private patio. Wifi included. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to parks, trails, shopping and public transit. Parking for 1 vehicle.

The cottage is a 5 minute drive from the village of Cowichan Bay where you'll find shops and restaurants. We are 15 minutes from the town of Duncan and 45 minutes from Victoria.

The Sanctuary is a perfect couples getaway @ Northshore Estates. This is located in Lake Cowichan BC on Vancouver Island. The perfect place to relax & take in the tranquility lake view from suite Lake Cowichan has to offer. Easy access to the lake, walking/biking and hiking trails, March Meadows Golf Course, Lake Cowichan River for tubing, local bakery, grocery and liquor store. This property is close to LakeTown Ranch. Please note this is a smoke free space & no pets.

As animal lovers, we appreciate the friendly and adorable wildlife that visits the property. We maintain a strict no-pets policy in the guest home.
