Perfect spacious cottage with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very close to York or nearby towns. One tiny fault: when in the garden or opening the windows, be prepared to be exposed to some noise from passing cars and countryside smells:) But the sunset was worth it!

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

Me and my partner spent the weekend here and it was the most peaceful and beautiful place. Lodge was spotless when we arrived and the hottub was all ready for us. During the day there is a few hikers going past the lodge so that is something to take into consideration when booking but we didn't mind this. Only thing we had to point out was there was no milk when we arrived which we assumed would be in the fridge because there was everything else there to make a cup of coffee/tea. Overall it was a lovely and peaceful experience and we would recommend this lodge to anyone.

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

We had a wonderful stay in Georgia, and it will be our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Richmond.

A true gem. Maggie and her family have created a little paradise in Yorkshire. We arrived not realizing she was running such a delightful bed and breakfast—complete with fantastic food and cozy accommodations that allow you to experience a slice of farm life alongside her family. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the not-too-distant future.
