Very comfortable. Good ventilation with windows with screens. Excellent bath. Good cooking facilities. Short walk from train station and to beach. A delightful apartment with a lofted sleeping room. Clean and cozy. Would return without hesitation.

This is our second time staying at Toku-San’s home. Wonderful location, roomy and it had everything we needed for a short five-day visit. Hoping to return again next year!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was a breeze, and we appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the household appliances and explore nearby attractions. We can't wait to return to Tokyo! The Asakusa Line, Stop 04, Entrance/Exit A1 was a game-changer for us, making our subway adventures super convenient and fun!

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. 鎌倉、江ノ島方面も横須賀方面も楽しめて、すぐ横の砂浜をのんびりと散歩もできる素晴らしいロケーションでした。 室内も見栄え良く整っていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。 リビングダイニングから海が見えますのでお料理していても食事をしていても景色を楽しめました。 プールとお風呂がつながっていたり、リビングの床の一部がガラスでプールを見れたりもするので子どもも喜んでくれました。 こちらを選んでよかったです。ありがとうございました。

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

子連れで利用させていただきましたが、のんびりできました。建物も古さはあるものの、しっかり清掃されており、キッチン道具も整っているので、不便なことなく滞在できました。海が近いこともあり、蒸し暑さはありますが、場所柄、それは仕方ないことだと思います。

出来たばかりということもあり、新築の匂いがして建物や備品も綺麗で整理されていたのでとてもよかったです。今回はペットを連れていったのでB棟に宿泊しましたが、犬が走り回れるほど綺麗で広い庭と、豊富なペット用品がありとてもよかったです。プールも綺麗で夜にはライトアップされて最高でした。設備で浮き輪もありました。サウナも温度が高く、外で整いスペースもあり、プライベート空間でとても楽しく癒されました。また利用したいと思います。

期待値通りで大満足でした！宿泊前からホストさんとのやりとりがスムーズで、分からないことは丁寧に教えてくださり、安心して宿泊することができました。すごく素敵な空間で、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

This Airbnb was our best stay by far while in Japan. The host met us outside and welcomed us. They left us snacks, waters and treats for free. The place itself was small but it was still such an accommodating stay. It was very reasonably priced as well.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

I stayed at Shigeru’s for a month and couldn’t be happier. He was extremely kind and welcoming and the place was exactly like the pictures. I especially love the kitchen. There are many shops very close by and the apartment has a charm to it. I highly suggest staying at Shigeru’s!!!!

Great spot for a quick night before leaving Japan. This Airbnb would be great for a family or with lots of children. There are nice places to walk to and to see nearby.

This is a great efficiency apartment for one and quite cozy for two. Great location. Very easy to find. Less than 5m walk from the station. The step by step directions were excellent. In addition to several conbini nearby there is a Seiyu grocery 3m by foot. The neighbors are quiet but be advised that the flat is across from a bike parking lot and there is foot traffic. Also, it will be possible to hear people walking home from the bars and Izakayas later in the evening. I had a very good stay!

急な予約でしたがチェックイン前までにとても親切にご案内いただいて快適に過ごすことができました。 施設はきれいです。 お風呂はヒノキ風呂で広く香りもよく寝心地の良いベッドでした。 電子ピアノが置いてあり子供達は楽しく遊ぶことができました。 ベランダからの景観もとても良かったです。
