Ein sehr sauberes, schönes Haus. Wir hatten einen verspäteten Flug wodurch wir erst in der Früh ankamen um 3 Uhr morgens, und trotzdem wurden wir herzlichst empfangen für die Schlüsselübergabe und es war kein Problem. Martina und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns Obst aus dem Garten in die Terasse gestellt wenn der Pool gereinigt wurde. Am ersten Tag war ein Feiertag, und da wir nix einkaufen konnten haben sie uns einige Lebensmittel vorbei gebracht, was nicht selbstverständlich ist und wofür wir unendlich dankbar sind. Die Gegend war auch sehr schön und sicher. Zum Flughafen haben wir nur 15 Minuten mit dem Uber gebraucht. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt im Haus, das wir mehr Zeit darin als draußen in der Stadt verbracht haben :-). Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen, und dass war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal das wir da waren! 🥰

An awesome villa - great size, spacious living areas, a gym and games room downstairs and a large pool. We loved it. Although it’s a fair distance away from the centre of Split getting an Uber was very easy and cost about €26. Darko was brilliant, very attentive and brought round food which was incredibly generous and exceptionally well made. We loved our time there

The house was amazing, my family loved it and the location was extremely convenient for day trips (avoiding the heavy traffic in downtown Split), and the private parking was convenient for 2 cars. The pool and hot tub were great, the Air conditioning kept the house cool in even in all bedrooms which is rare if you've traveled here before. Ivana was so helpful, and thoughtful, and the provided dinner was absolutely delicious. Our next visit to Croatia 🇭🇷 we will stay here again. Highly recommend ~

Das Haus ist genau, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Man ist sehr privat und hat einen großzügigen Außenbereich. Es liegt nah an der Natur, in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein richtig leckeres Restaurant. Mit dem Auto sind aber auch die großen Supermärkte, die Innenstadt und die Strände schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren zwei Familien mit je einem Kind, so dass die Zimmeraufteilung mit 3 Zimmern, je 2 Doppelnetten und einem Zimmer mit Einzelnetten, echt ok war. Ein Mank war leider, dass das Wlan nicht funktionierte. Mauro hat sich zwar bemüht und war mit uns in Kontakt, aber aufgrund der Feiertage, war der Internetprovider nicht in der Lage sich zeitnah zu kümmern.

Me and my 7 other friends went split for a lads week away. The villa is stunning, in a very scenic spot. The host Ljubo is incredibly helpful, driving us to the shop for food, sending me frequent recommendations of what to do and where. Would go again

we had a very nice stay at Teo's place. very friendly host who takes care all of your needs! also the flat was super clean and everything that one could use for holiday could be found in the apartment. perfect flat!

위치가 너무 좋아요. 마켓도 가깝고 구시가 건너는 다리도 바로 앞이예요. 화장실이 1.5개라고 되어 있는데 1개예요. 거실에 있는 소파가 퀸사이즈베드로 변신해요. 모든 시설물이 새것이라 매우 깨끗해요

I had a fantastic time in Split! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located perfectly—just a short walk from the old town and the Riva promenade. It was easy to explore the city and enjoy the beaches nearby. The host was super helpful and friendly, gave great local tips, and made check-in smooth. Split is beautiful, full of history, great food, and friendly people. Highly recommend both the city and this place for anyone visiting!

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment with an amazing view. The sea and beach are close. The hosts were kind ad helpful. I 100% recommend this place.

Conveniently located apartment with private parking, just a short walk from the old city. Also very easy to reach main roads/highway if you would want to check out sites outside Split. Aoartment is spacious and clean. Nikola is very friendly and proactive. We had a great time in Split.

Such a lovely place to stay while in split. Our only regret is we didn’t have more time to enjoy the incredible space. Karla’s husband met us at a nearby parking lot, and even saved us a spot! Our biggest fear was finding a place to park our rental car, and they helped us out so much. The home feels like it was just renovated, and is so beautifully decorated. Well working ac units in each room. Our favorite was the private garden. The best part was all the ripe fruit we were encouraged to eat. Karla really has a gem of a home, and I feel so lucky our group was able to stay in such a fabulous home.

Maja was very easy to communicate with. The room was clean and quite. Perfect for one night. Location perfect when arriving with the shuttle buss from the airport and leaving the next day with a ferry. Just across the street from the market and the old town.

Great location with amenities located within a short walk including Bobis which is a great bakery for breakfast. Veronika was a fabulous host and even left a little sweet treat for the children. She was able to do our washing and provided clean towels during the week. My daughter was very impressed with Veronika's garden and tortoises. We would definitely stay again.

Barbara was extremely helpful with outstanding suggestions for a guide (Dream Tours Dalmatia) and restaurants as well as parking. She was very responsive to all messages sent to her. Nice kitchen set up with all essentials and comfortable dining room.
