We had a wonderful stay for our family of six. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The washer and dryer (detergent provided!) were super convenient, and the dishwasher made cleanup a breeze. They also thoughtfully provided coffee, sugar, and other essentials. On top of that, the pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Plus, there were beach chairs and even beach toys available, making our beach trips so much easier and more enjoyable. Everything was just perfect for our needs, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location was indeed serene and safe and not too far from Siesta Beach. We looked forward to coming back to a quiet place after hanging out at Siesta Key Village. Highly recommend, these Guest Favorites have yet to disappoint! Will definitely rebook when in Sarasota in the future.

The house was good. Everything was clean when we arrived. There were clear entry snd exit instructions were provided. Host very nice and responsive. The house has good wifi. There are 3 rooms one room you have to go through to get to the terrace and that room is all windows to both the inside of the house and the outside. Thankfully there were blinds to the inside of the house providing more privacy. There are two bathrooms.

Loved my stay at Betsy’s place. House was clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. Location was excellent. Clear check in instructions. I appreciated the extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and array of seasonings that kitchen offered. Lanai was so relaxing and spacious—neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again! Five stars!

This was our second time staying at the Fogarty Manor and it was outstanding once again! It’s a beautiful home and a nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean, everything exceeded expectations. A wonderful place to stay with a family!

Warm, Luxury Oasis in Central Sarasota

The house made us feel like we were at home away from home! The house had everything we would need for our week stay and made us feel comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was a plus, didn't expect to actually use it but it was nice after the long eventful days. Alot of space outback if you want some sunshine or even some shady spots and fenced in is great for dogs and privacy! Nice neighborhood. Each beach is about a 20 minute drive. Overall, this house was a good choice for us.

This was a great vacation! The home was excellent for making meals each day, the pool was a lot of fun for the kids (heating worth it). We loved the decor and having 2 full bathrooms. The beach gear was top notch for us too! Umbrellas and comfortable chairs. We went kayaking near St Pete, awesome tour guide. We visited Anna Maria island a few times and loved the beaches. Sarasota and those beaches / activities are not too far from the home either. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and efficient. She went above and beyond as a host, she even had a treat delivered on our last night since we were celebrating a milestone anniversary. We made great memories and your family will too! Don’t hesitate - you will love this home!

Blairs house was the only house that met our standards from what was available in close proximity to where we wanted to be. Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend much time there due to attending my aunt's funeral and spending time with family who lived close by but it is a great set up for family entertainment. It is a real a jewel.

We really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor space is like a private oasis. The landscaping is gorgeous and the pool and hot tub is really nice. I asked the host if they had any beach chairs at the house that we could use and they went out the next day and bought some and dropped them off for us to use with a beach bag!! They truly went above and beyond.

Valerie's place was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, and all the appliances were of high quality. Valerie was incredibly helpful, providing all the information we needed whenever we asked. It truly felt like home, and my boys especially loved the hot tub. Highly recommend!

We had such an incredible vacation in St Petersburg thanks to Phillip’s home and hospitality! It was a great location and quiet neighbourhood, and the home was big and clean. Phillip went above and beyond by providing so many amenities, we had a stocked fridge and lots of snacks, which was really great to walk into after we arrived late. We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip, and he had great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Thank you Phillip, we hope to visit you again!

My family and I had a great stay during our spring break. We had our 3 kids (ages 2, 7, and 12) and they absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful 8 days stay at this lovely home. The house was spotless, and the private garden and pool were also very clean and well-maintained. We truly felt at home and enjoyed using the pool whenever we wanted—it was so relaxing. The location was great, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We had everything we needed in the house, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Communication was always quick and smooth. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. Overall, it was a clean, peaceful, and well-equipped home that gave us a perfect holiday. We’d definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We were able to book a 3 night stay last minute and the hosts were super easy to work with. The house was more than we needed and everything available to make our stay enjoyable. They were quick to respond and answer questions. House is super clean and location allowed us to get to the beach and away from it when needed. We appreciate the space that allowed us to relax and unwind after a busy week.

This place is simply amazing! I have to admit that I am always skeptical of if a place truly is within a good walking distance of beaches/restaurants/etc. but this place ABSOLUTELY IS! The whole trip our group of 4 couldn’t believe that we got so lucky with a great place incredibly close to the beach and restaurants! We definitely hit the lucky lottery with this gem of a airbnb find!! We’re already talking about when to come back and will definitely be rebooking! We didn’t need anything from Courtney, our host, but she made sure to check in multiple times and see if we did! Super friendly and informative and the place was perfectly stocked with beach amenities! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We loved staying in Peter and Pearl's unique and artsy home! They have thought of everything anyone could possibly need for a short or extended stay in one of our favorite places - Sarasota. Their home exceeds above and beyond all expectations of what an Airbnb/VRBO should be. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!

Marc’s place was a great stay. Very clean, had everything my dog and I could have needed for a few days, and a great location for access to the beaches and many restaurants. The pillows and bed are extremely comfortable. I appreciated the comfortable beach chairs and sturdy beach umbrella. Poop bags and doggy steps provided which are thoughtful touches. Marc and Michelle are very friendly people and I appreciate them sharing their space with me. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Monia's. The studio was clean, cozy and comfortable. Monia was very sweet and helpful. Area was quiet and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again!
