Close to all high tech companies. 20 min from SJC and 30 min from SFO.

The cottage is tucked away in silence interrupted only by the faint sound of the distant ocean. Sits 5 minutes from Bean Hollow Beach and many others minutes away between Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz. This cottage is safe and private with beautiful outdoor living.

You will be surrounded by mature redwoods on the peaceful balcony and one with nature at the fire pit overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, comfortable workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. We live in the main house on the property.

It has a comfortable living room, a full kitchen, and two private outdoor garden patio areas. In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom there is a twin sleeper in the living room. AC: In 2024 we had an unprecedented heatwave so now there is a portable AC, as well as ceiling fans.
