Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

Modern tiny home, easily walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries! Cooper-Young is a fun, friendly, vibrant historic neighborhood located in midtown Memphis. The Mini Cooper Tiny House is just off the main intersection where the neighborhood gets its name. A half block walk to all the action, but you'll be in a quiet little nook with your own driveway for offstreet parking. Our Airbnb in hosted by our family.
