This two-storey stone house-villa is located at the beautiful second leg of Chalkidiki, in the peaceful old village of Nikiti. It is a perfect place for any type of vacation, both during summer or winter time, restored with a lot of love and decorated with an eye for detail. This house has two separate entrances, front and back, while access to the upper floor is also available through the outside ladder. Each floor is 100 sq.m. big. On the ground floor you will find a luxury lounge (with a fireplace and a big and comfortable sofa) and a spacious kitchen equipped with a big 8 seat wooden table), a beautiful Moroccan style bathroom and a small storeroom. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has its own style, painted in different colors and every bedroom has its own fireplace. Two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed, the third has a queen-size bed and the forth a single bed. Every bed comes with an A-class mattress. In two of the four bedrooms there are spacious closets. The house is also equipped with two TV sets (one in the lounge room and the other in one of the king-size bed bedrooms), an oven, a dish washer and a refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The house is surrounded by two amazing gardens. At the back, to the north, there is a small beautiful garden ideal for a morning coffee. The large front garden (about 250 sq.m.) is landscaped in two levels, where you can have your barbeque on the stylish table under the tent. The origin part above of the road and the new part below of the road. The weekly market takes place every Friday on the parallel street to the main road.
