Our very recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of our detached house in Argostoli,in a quiet area ,only 500 m away from the main square. It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road

The villa offers two (2) 55m2 apartments on the ground floor and one (1) 110m2 family apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has it's own private entrance and a parking spot. Our villa is the perfect getaway. The apartments are comfortable and the views stunning. Right below there's a crystal clear non organized beach.
