Such a beautiful and cozy little spot! Comfy beds, private outdoor space. Just a really lovely weekend in this cute little cabin.

We had such a relaxing week in this beautiful cabin—the perfect combination of modern comforts and rustic charm. Definitely hope to stay again!

Full wraparound deck overlooking the canyon of the river. Can’t see the river from the house but you can hear it. Lots of trees. Quiet and peaceful. Secluded. House is comfortable, an older cabin so it is rustic with older furnishings. Lots of windows to give a complete outside view of the canyon. Bed is comfortable. Small bathroom and small shower. Hot tub is just a few steps off the deck. Didn’t use the BBQ as it needed cleaned and I didn’t want to mess with it. But it’s a propane BBQ right on the deck along with a couple of picnic tables to eat at. It’s possible to walk down to the river, a little steep at the river bank. Beautiful scenery both directions of the gorge or close to Mt Adams and other sights along the White Salmon. Lots of hiking trails nearby. I enjoyed my time there and plan on booking again.

Great stay, once again!! Mahalo nui loa (thank you very much in Hawaiian) for accommodating us AGAIN this trip!! The cabin is SO different from what we’re used to in Hawaii, but in a GREAT way!! Being right on a nice, clean, quiet river is so peaceful and we just LOVE the smell of the “great outdoors” (just nice change from what we are used to in Hawaii). Cabin was so cozy and peaceful. You do have neighbors, but it felt like you had the river to yourself. Loved staying here and will consider it again in the future. I imagine summers would be absolutely lovely with the access to the river.

Oma's place, Raven's Nest, exceeded all our expectations. Oma was so inviting, helpful, responsive and just plain hilarious and sweet. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed (and then some). The artwork and collection of books spawned lively conversation. The setting/scenery of the cabin is incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the river and occasional kayaker go by, trying to name all the birds we saw. We hung out with a few lizards. We walked down to the banks and explored a bit. We sat on the swing and dangled our feet over the edge of the platform. The hot tub was luxuriously relaxing. We even got to bring our dogs! We've already booked our next stay and can't wait. Had a great time staying at this cabin. It was a cold December day and we were so happy to have the cabin warm and ready for us on arrival. The view and the grounds are so beautiful we took great photos from the porch and just outside the cabin. The host Kevin was super responsive and let us move around the property to take more photos. Beautiful place, great host, highly recommend!

The view of Mt. Adams from the cabins front window was amazing! Was able to do a bit of walking, and the people we met were very friendly. Thank you.

We had a great stay with our dog. The grounds are expansive with nice walking trails and a beautiful view of the gorge. There are only a few cabins so it feels very private, not crowded. Inside the cabin, it was tastefully decorated, warm and cozy, plenty of outlets and the hot water was very hot. Everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Note that there is a queen bed on the main floor and two twin beds in the loft, I'm really not sure why the listing shows three twin beds, it's just not right. Also, the shower is pretty small, so would not be a good option for someone with mobility challenges.

Love cascade locks! Great spot to stop for the evening, would love to explore the area more sometime.

We loved staying here with our two little pups. It was the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed: comfy bed, a feeling of privacy, beautiful views of trees and snow, a great pizza restaurant steps away. The extra touch of a little Christmas tree was fun. We're looking forward to returning in the summer.

Had a great time in the area and would definitely return. the place was as described. The downstairs bed was nice. We didn't spend much time In the loft outside of grabbing a book or a game. Cool to have all the windows. Neat old appliances that worked great. We didn't need the host at all because the directions and everything worked great and were clear.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Wind Mountain Ranch. The cabin was clean, well appointed, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable! The property was well maintained and the surrounding views were stunning. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful serene surroundings, it felt like we were in a vacation dream cabin. The air bnb had such character and every amenity that we could need (pots, pans, plates, mugs, new appliances) A grocery store is a 3 minute drive with a great selection. We had plenty of hot water due to his tankless hot water. We loved the skylights and looking at the trees and moon/stars. Thomas even let us open one of his puzzles to try and complete. It was so peaceful and the cute lights outside with the rushing water was the perfect aesthetic! Not to mention Thomas gave us great food recommendations and answered promptly!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to explore in the Gorge.

We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort, design, and convenience of this space. Much attention to detail and had the amenities we needed. No problems dining out locally or eating in. Very close to spectacular and historic natural parks and drives. We did many hikes within a 5 - 30 minute drive from Stevenson.

Louse’s cabin was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Our daughter lives about a mile away so it was a perfect location for us. The cabin is in a rural location so we recommend picking up groceries before you arrive.

We had such a beautiful 2 night stay! The cabin was cozy and romantic and had what we needed for a short getaway. We drove to Hood River and enjoyed so restaurants and great vintage shops. An afternoon drive toward Trout Lake offered snowy wonderland vibes! Already looking forward to a summer trip!

For those that want a private, spa-like getaway in a rustic cabin with modern amenities, you’ve picked the right place. There’s simplicity in the interior and exterior design, all around pleasing to the eye. Bathrobes and bath salts were provided and displayed rightfully so. The outdoor tub was exactly as imagined. In the morning, the sun gracefully showed up, brightening up the framed artwork on the knotty pine ceilings. The books and games portrayed as decorative, but functional throughout the rooms. The detailed provisions of tea, coffee, a full kitchen and fireplace created a homey, sentimental ambiance that makes you wish you stayed another night. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Two friends and I spent a weekend in Deluxe Cabin #4. The setting is gorgeous, with meadow and a few short trails though the woods, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin is small but accommodating, and it was clean and welcoming. The downstairs bedroom is spacious and the one bathroom worked fine for the three of us. The single beds in the loft were comfortable and cozy. The only note is that the attached ladder up to the loft is steep and you just have to be careful going up and down, especially in the night. Travis & the Wind Mountain Ranch Team were very responsive and quick to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!
