Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. It’s a pleasant alternative to central suburbia with ample bird life and a flurry of much-loved pets. It has an elevated, leafy outlook and you’ll love the sense of external space surrounding you. There are beautiful beaches and headland walks to explore nearby. It is not a farm & there can be some road noise in the day.

We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful ground floor apartment. It is an easy 300 meter walk to Epiq Marketplace - with shops including Woolworths/BWS - and just a 4 minute drive to the beach and gorgeous Lennox Village with its fabulous cafes, boutiques and outstanding restaurants. Don’t pack bulky beach towels or a beach umbrella, as they are supplied! Come visit! There’s building construction across the road from us but please park in our driveway when you return from your day trips!

Sunrise studio

Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Plus all the extras you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, including earlier check ins and late check outs. Please message for any enquiries.

Self contained bright and roomy downstairs flat, fully equipped kitchen- newly appointed. A washing machine is in the flat and beach towels are available.A baby/toddler is welcome. You are welcome to use main clothesline. There is also an airer beside the fridge 8 minute walk down the hill to enjoy restaurants ,shops and Lennox beach .There are lovely walkways along the beachfront and up to the Headland. Lennox Head is 20 minutes from Byron Bay and 15 minutes from Ballina Byron airport.

Miki's

Miki’s is private and quiet with leafy views to the north. Guests have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom and a small, light food preparation area. There’s also a private balcony with a BBQ. Original artworks in the bright and airy room make it unique. Miki’s is in a residential area about 3km from Lennox Head Beach and Boulders Beach. The area is hilly so it’s best to have a car.
