Ysyhia - Private cottage with pool.

Ysyhia is modern, bright and airy & has a private pool which is the perfect size for flopping about in. The cottage comprises one open-plan living space including kitchen, dining and lounge, plus separate bedroom and bathroom. It is set in olive and almond groves and looks out across the sea. 1½km from the village, no other buildings are visible from here. Our house is up the hill on the same plot. Each house has its own private access and a fence separates the 'farm' from Ysyhia and its garden.

Troulos studio & apartment 500 m from the beach

Situated in a garden of flowers and pine trees, Studios Paraschos is a 5-minute walk from sandy Troulos Beach. It offers fully furnished units with kitchenette. All air-conditioned studios come are with a TV and private bathroom. They are spacious with wooden ceilings.There is also a 2 bedroom fully renovated apartment. Guests can find restaurants and shops at 150 m from Studios. The town of Skiathos is at 9 km. Skiathos Airport is at 8 km. Free private parking is possible at the Paraschos.

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Σκιάθου και η διαμονή σας θα είναι ξεκούραστη, αφού σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται τα καραβάκια, που θα σας μεταφέρουν στις φανταστικές παραλίες του νησιού. Επίσης, κοντά βρίσκεται η στάση των αστικών λεωφορείων και η κεντρική οδός Παπαδιαμάντη, όπου είναι η αγορά. Στον παράλληλο δρόμο ακριβώς κάτω από το χώρο, βρίσκονται οι καφετέριες και τα εστιατόρια.

An enchanting guest house of 38 sqm located high on the mountain, in the village Promyri, definitely stands out for the incredible view it offers to the sea and Skiathos island. Promyri is located in the southern part of the peninsula, at the northern foothills of Mount Mavro Vouno at an altitude of 128 meters. It is about 55 km from Volos and about 15 km from Argalasti. It is a stone-built village and the main road bypasses the village, so that it is quiet and there is no traffic.

Take it easy at this tranquil and picturesque, charming little house of 28m2, placed in a secret garden with an exterior shower, 3 minutes walk from the heart of Skopelos. Peaceful, breezy after a long day at the beach, sunbathed in the morning for a nice cup of coffee, surrounded by nature in a quiet neighborhood. It shares the same entrance to the garden with “Lida”, the larger of our two guest houses (feel free to visit this listing for a more spacious option).
