In the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace or in the summer you can jump off the dock and go swimming! We are 6 miles away from The Mercantile (10 minute drive). We have hosted many Weddings, Parties, Disc Golf Tournaments, Retreats, Boy Scout Camp-outs, Fishing Derbies, etc! We also have an RV Park as well!

The owners of Magnolia House in Tulsa are now serving travellers in the country! Come home to comfy, rustic elegance in the woods. Mornings, enjoy your coffee and the colorful show over the mountain in front of the bay window. Nights are quiet here. Dark enough to make a campfire, see the stars, and sleep peacefully. Quiet enough to hear the resident hoot owls and coyotes. And if you get hungry or restless, the 1-44 exit is 6 minutes away, with shopping and eateries galore. Come to the woods!

Stunning Ivy Cottage, hot tub, pets, Pickle Ball

A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Talk about Luxury! Steps from the Gathering Place, welcome to this new, modern home with a gourmet kitchen! After playing in the pool, relax in the game room or play some ping pong. The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather (below freezing) or malfunctions.

The Artist's Apartment is located in the historic Heights District within walking distance of the Tulsa Arts District, BOK arena, the Cains Ballroom, Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie Centers, OneOK Stadium and many downtown businesses. The apartment has a complete kitchen, laundry, outdoor deck with scenic view of downtown, wood stove and features a mosaic bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Wide open spaces for kids and dogs to run! Quaint little country spot. 80 acres to take a walk, feed the goats, and enjoy yourself in a very laidback setting! This space is a guest house located directly behind a main residence. However the owner will respect your privacy and will not bother you. You have free access to walk, roam, hit golf balls and let your pets run.
