Het B&B maakt onderdeel uit van een traditioneel Amsterdams herenhuis uit 1896, heeft een eigen opgang en is voorzien van een zeer luxe privé badkamer. Daarnaast beschikt de ruimte over een luxe kingsize boxspring, een ingebouwd flat screen, een modern zitje inclusief Nespresso-apparaat (inclusief cups) en waterkoker, grote inbouwkast voor koffer, kleren etc en gratis WIFI. Op aanvraag is het mogelijk om een babybedje bij te plaatsen in het B&B.
