Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
