Gastenverblijven in Skye

I had a very nice stay with my children. Everything we needed was there and there was WiFi. The view is wonderful, especially when the weather is sunny. It is a very peaceful place and a good location to visit the main spots around (driving) : the fairy glens (very close), the Quiraing, Kilt rock, the Old man of Storr. There is a small supermarket nearby (driving distance) as well. Thank you very much! Oceane.

Tiffany’s place was just what we needed! It was spacious and great location. She was helpful with Skye recommendations and responded quickly. We had a great time!

It was lovely trip we had to Fort William and host was fantastic and helpful throughout the stay. Definitely I would recommend and worth spending in and around really amazing scenic places to visit nearby.

Caroline was a lovely host. The accommodation was perfect for our stay on Skye as it is located at the main route to Portree and surroundings! One thing you should pay attention to though is the heating. We tried to pre heat for the day but unfortunately it didn’t. Can get a bit cold now here in autumn. All in all a lovely accommodation and a wonderful host. Can totally recommend.

Michelle's cabin is a peaceful and cosy spot located in the heart of the highlands - highly recommend as a place to stay whilst exploring Scotland.

Claire hat uns an der Fähre abgeholt und von Beginn an mit ihrer offenen und Art mit Informationen gefüttert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und eine großartige Zeit auf der Insel verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig und hat einen tollen Charme. Lismore müssen wir wieder besuchen, nächstes Mal sicher für länger.

First class stay for our 1 night touring the Highlands, perfect location within walking distance of two decent pubs and fish & chips. Excellent cooked breakfast which set us up for the day. Highly recommend 👍

Great location to explore the Isle of Skye from! Close to to the Quiraing but also other attractions can be reached in a decent time by car. The room was spacious and clean, also the kitchen was good to have to cook dinner. Anne's advice and description how to get to the place was good too! Would book again if I go back :)

This place was perfect. Great location, great host. Beautiful space and had an amazing view. Was the perfect location to get to all the sights on the island. (Felt like a central location). Just was responsive and helpful when questions arose. Not too many places to eat on the island and the oldest pub/ inn is located a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a 4 day break and were very happy with the accommodation and the location.

We stayed in Ullapool for three nights as part of our vacation in Scotland, and it was a fantastic experience. Lynne provided all the instructions we needed on the morning of check-in, which made arrival easy. The space was the perfect size for two people and one of the most tastefully decorated Airbnbs we have stayed in. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lynne even left some little treats in the kitchen, which was a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant to walk around. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it to others.

It was great to stay at Paul's cottage. Great location with a direct view of Ben Nevis. The house was comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed our stay. Paul was great at giving us tips on what to do and helped plan our Ben Nevis summit hike.

Lovely remote location. House very comfortable. A short drive to lots of great features and places of interest (waterfall, Ulver etc). Eagles, otters and buzzards to be seen too. Also, useful local produce available too (eggs, bread). Book the weather if you can to get the best of the views!

This was our 2nd time staying and we hope to come time and time again. The location is beautiful and the cottage has everything you need with plenty of space. Thank you for another fantastic stay!

Felt straight at home on arriving ( from the friendly greeting to the heatpump / solar panels and ban the bomb) , were shown around and explained how and what to use , were given the choice of room as they had no other bookings. Very friendly couple and there was more available to use than I’d expected. Lots of books, which I unfortunately hadn’t the chance to read bar a few pages of some . The place is cosy and eco friendly, although I was glad of having had brought slippers with as the place is well insulated and once the sun shines warms up enough for the heating not to come on, which means the stone floors are quite cold then, albeit the room still feels warm. Shower had a very good pressure, which felt more like a power shower - fabulous are a few hours walking in nature. Lismore is very quiet this time of year, making it easy to walk on the narrow roads, although best to bring enough with esp when there just fir a weekend, as the local shop is closed on a Sunday , which we knew.

I highly recommend Carmen and John’s Airbnb. Super view, quiet location, well decorated and furnished. It had everything needed. The exceptional cleanliness made me feel comfortable and settled as soon as I walked in. Great selection of local books.

I have stayed in many air bnbs but I can easily say this is one of the best. We arrived quite late after a long drive, so to open the door and be met with a warm and cosy place was heaven. The hot water bottles on the bed literally made me jump for joy! There is a lovely welcome pack with snacks and drinks (its these little touches that in my opinion, elevate an air bnb from average to something special) Very much appreciated. We did a lot of hillwalking so the warm shower and incredibly comfortable bed were perfect to come back to. The outdoor garden is a real gem and we enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine admiring the first class views of the Glencoe mountains. Thank you Liz & Matt for being perfect hosts. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place to stay, we rented all three cottage’s for a family holiday and couldn’t have had a better location or a better week. Thank you, Tom & Paula!

The bunkhouse is lovely, welcoming and comfortable, set in idyllic surroundings. Mike and Clare were super helpful and we loved chatting with Mike and checking out his tea plantation! Super generous and lovely hosts and a wonderful break from the hustle and busle of work :)

We visited Marylin in Jun 2021 and we loved it so much we decided to visit her again! It's not an apartment but a house at your disposal! Same cosy, warm welcome and lovely to see Marilyn again!
