A beautiful cottage, ideal for a family retreat. Recently renovated (2022) to exceptionally high standards, the property includes a wheelchair friendly downstairs bedroom and wetroom. Includes a state-of-the-art kitchen with a large island for cooking and entertaining and separate large dining table. There is a solid fuel indoor fireplace in the living room as well as a separate 65" TV area Outdoors there is a secure fenced childrens play area as well as a BBQ patio and a large mown garden.

Bay Tree Cottage is located in a peaceful location a stones throw away from the beach and the Cod & Lobster with the other village amenities only a short stroll away. The spacious cottage has been fully renovated throughout to a high standard. It features a wood burning stove, a great outside area and the sea views from the master bedroom are breathtaking. It is suitable for couples & families alike, ideal for both relaxing or a more energetic break, for example walking the Cleveland Way.

A beautiful and welcoming cottage situated in the small village of Seaton, East Yorkshire, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Hornsea. The cottage is a perfect retreat for a couple wishing to explore the wonderful East Yorkshire Coast or just looking for a relaxing break.
