Пристигнахме по-рано от уговореното, но Андрей ни забеляза и веднага предложи да се настаним, за да не чакаме. Това беше първият знак, че тук гостоприемството е наистина на ниво. Пътувахме 300 километра, бързахме и в цялата суматоха бях забравил въглищата за барбекюто. Споделих това с Андрей, а той, без да се замисли, веднага предложи да ни даде въглища или дърва – напълно безплатно. Благодарение на него успяхме да си направим така желаното барбекю, без да губим време в търсене на магазини. Помолихме го и за препоръки относно забележителности в района. Сподели полезна информация за Пещера Снежанка – едно от най-красивите места, които човек може да посети, както и за най-близките и достъпни магазини. Къщата беше изключително добре отоплена. Външната температура беше -9°C, но вътре се радвахме на комфортните 24°C. Андрей ни увери, че ако имаме нужда от нещо, е наблизо и само с едно съобщение ще се отзове – и наистина беше така. great apartment! we loved it, it was very warm (freezing outside and warm inside!) we had enough space for all our stuff, coming back from ski every day. fully kitchen so we could cook and bake. kids enjoy the play room and we also loved the pool. the apartment is beautiful, great view. Ivana was so nice, and we also got a cleaner in the middle of the week with no charge for refresh our stay. great place!!!

Great location - 4min walk to the nearest slope. You go down the slope, take the lift and you are at the nearest ski center! The apartment complex is very quiet, with beautiful panoramic view. The host is very kind, helpful and responsive. Our stay was 10/10 - could not recommend it more!

I had a wonderful stay at Diyana's place. The apartment is beautiful - spacious, clean and filled with natural light. It offers beautiful views and has three bedrooms, a comfortable living room and even an office. The place is cozy and inviting and makes you feel at home. The hosts are fantastic - helpful, honest and easy to communicate with. In short, the place is excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. You have everything you need and feel like at home. Warm especially in the winter and clean apartment. Whenever we had some issues/obstacles Tanya managed to help and guide us to figure them out fast and even it was late. The host Neli is also valuable person at the place that helps a lot and without her won't be as good as it is that place. There is a Bistro where you can have eat.

We stayed here with 3 children for our skiing holiday over Xmas and new year. The apartment was better than expected, photos do not do this place justice, the views are phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again. It was a short ride in a taxi to the ski resort as we had 3 small children but you could walk it if you wanted to. Highly recommend!

A lovely apartment, spacious with a great view. The complex has a great restaurant but there's not a lot else in the immediate vicinity without walking up the hill into Studenets. The ski in ski out element only really works if you are a competent skiier, as the slope was closed and not well maintained. Maria always responded very quickly to messages and we thought the apartment was great value for money. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. It was great having a fireplace, the wood can be bought at reception. A lucent week was had by all!

Locuința intr-un spatiu retras și totuși ușor accesibil cu masina, gazda extrem de prietenoasa și de ajutor, casa corespunde imaginilor postate și este călduroasă și bine împărțită. Are un grătar mare, electric foarte util. Mulțumim Mary pentru găzduire și recomandări.
