Приятен апартамент на тихо място. Има свободни места за паркиране. В сградата е тихо и спокойно. Цвети е чудесен домакин, даде ни ясни инструкции за локацията и настаняването. Апартамент е достатъчно голям и удобен за 4-5 човека.

Soggiorno perfetto! L'appartamento è davvero bellissimo: confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è ottima: in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in centro, e con la fermata del tram proprio sotto casa è facilissimo spostarsi ovunque. Un grande grazie a Hristo, il proprietario, che è stato super disponibile e ha risposto con gentilezza e rapidità a tutte le mie richieste, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il palazzo in sé e le parti comuni non sono all’altezza dell’appartamento, ma una volta varcata la soglia tutto cambia completamente: un piccolo angolo di comfort e stile in una zona super strategica. Consigliatissimo!

Mamir’s cozy studio is definitely a gem!! It is located in the heart of Sofia’s center, peaceful, and with an excellent terrace view. Mamir is also an excellent host!! Whenever I’m back in Sofia, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Estancia muy recomendable en Sofía! El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días maravillosos en Bulgaria. La localización está genial, pues hay supermercados cerca, restaurantes, transporte público... y puedes ir andando al centro en menos de 10 minutos. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y rápidos en responder, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Estuvimos mi novio y yo 4 días en la casa, y la verdad es que nos fuimos muy contentos, Dimitar es un anfitrión genial! Si volvemos a Bulgaria, seguro repetiremos!!

Very good stay experience

Boryana’s cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet getaway! We loved the cozy atmosphere and homey feel of the hut!

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Şimdiye kadar kaldığım evler arasında yataktan havlulara kadar en temiz evdi. İhtiyaç olan herşey mevcuttu mutfak son derece temiz ve yemek yapmak için her türlü araç gereç bardak temiz ve yeterliydi. Sadece saç kurutma makinesi yoktu o da belirtilmişti onun dışında ev her açıdan tam donanımlıydı. Muhit merkeze biraz uzak fakat park yeri olduğu için bilerek tercih ettik. 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk olarak çok rahat konakladık

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Sofia! The location was absolutely perfect — very central and within walking distance to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the plenty of halal food options right on our doorstep, which made dining super easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Loved the range of snacks waiting for us :) Our host was incredible, so accommodating and kind, even allowing us a late checkout since our flight was in the evening. It made such a difference not having to drag our luggage around the city all day. Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Този апартамент ми е любимото място за престой, когато съм в града – отсядам тук всеки път и винаги съм изключително доволна. 😊 Апартаментът е просторен, уютен и отлично поддържан. Има всичко необходимо за кратък или по-дълъг престой – удобна кухня, удобно легло и винаги безупречна чистота. Локацията също е перфектна – в тих район, но същевременно близо до всичко важно. Домакините са невероятни – винаги отзивчиви и коректни. Чувствам се почти като у дома си и с удоволствие бих го препоръчала на всеки, който търси сигурност, комфорт и спокойствие!

This is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, with great transit options and close enough to walk around 20-25 min to downtown. Everything worked and the WiFi was fast and stable for working at the kitchen table. Nice light from the windows, and the beds were comfy. Like others have said, there's a lot of clutter. But more importantly for me, the silverware was messy/hard to organize because of lack of space due to the many, many unneeded drinking glasses taking up all the room. Same issue for the plates and bowls - they had to be stacked on top in a huge pile, so getting heavy plates from the bottom of the pile was a bit frustrating. However, the stove/oven worked well and there were enough pans and pots to cook our meals, which was great! So it has its quirks, but it's quiet, comfy and in a good location, so definitely worth the value. Thanks for the stay!

We spent couple of days in Sofia and the place was just what we were looking for! I recommend!
