Welcome to our home! PLEASE NOTE that it is occupied full-time not just by two humans, but by three – yes, THREE – friendly yellow Labrador Retrievers and a cat. This is an added perk for many, but for those not so into pets or with allergies, it can be a deal-breaker. This is an ideal space for working professionals from out of town. We do not host locals looking for roomate situations or those wishing to vacation in our home. We welcome guests who have full-time occupations outside the home.

Located right downtown Napa near some of the world's greatest restaurants, wineries and scenery! Our home is newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed with premium comfort. The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!

Luxurious Renovated Suite in Downtown

Experience the stately Victorian elegance of the McClelland House Bed and Breakfast Inn. Our historic landmark takes you back to 1879, to the historic Napa Abajo/Fuller Park residential district just south of Downtown where wealthy 19th-century steamboat captains, bankers and businessmen established grand homes. Incredible detail and extensive restoration has been done to allow our guests the experience of olde world luxury with the modern conveniences of today.

Count Bonzi's Room

This room accommodates up to 3 guests; 2 guests (king bed) and the option for a rollaway bed is available. Guests will be charged accordingly. Relax in our king size bed with a massive 8 ft. walnut headboard on our second floor. The bathroom features a very private two-person side-by-side soaking tub with shower. This room also features a fireplace and is located on the second floor. The rate is for 2 people, additional fees is $50+Tax for the third person.

Contemporary farmhouse chic - the Rhino Room is an airy and bright getaway. Enjoy your own private bedroom with private entryway and parking as well as a quaint ensuite bathroom.Self- check in. We maintain clean and sterilized environments for our guests, using current industry standards for sterilizing hard surfaces, appliances and guest areas. We are a licensed short term rental. The comfortable décor of The Union Hotel is reminiscent of California’s past and is highlighted with touches of European elegance. Each of our 12 guestrooms features a private bathroom with distinctive amenities, private phone lines, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and unique interiors.

The Poolside room is at the far end of the house and is the only guest room with direct access to the pool area. There are outside doors on both side of the room giving it a very airy feeling. There is a covered patio outside the room and a flower garden. The room is decorated with southwest colors and themes. The bathroom has lots of light. The floors are hardwood.
