We have big free parking, 33 m2 heated pool with jet stream, 1500 m2 garden with shower, lights, barbecue, wi-fi, 75" TV, AC in each room, equipped kitchen, playground, solar panels. You can taste garden fruits grapes, figs and apricots.

Villa is located in a beautiful part of Split, next to a small town Stobreč, 500 meters from the sandy beach. Villa offers accommodation for 11 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!

The modernly furnished apartment has a room with a separate air conditioning, TV and modern lighting. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic plate, microwave and all the equipment.
