I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

הדירה הכי טובה שהייתי בה בכל דרום אמריקה! השירות של הצוות פשוט מעל לכל ביקורת! תמיד יש מענה, תמיד עוזרים ותמיד בחיוך! המיקום של הדירה פשוט מעולה, הדירה מרווחת עם מיזוג אוויר, טלוויזיה חכמה, מטבח מאובזר! יש שער שמירה בכניסה ומרגישים בטוח למרות שאין צורך, הדירה נמצאת על השדרה הראשית ובמקום מאוד בטוח! ממליץ ביותר על הדירה הזאת! הכי נהנתי בה מכל המקומות שהיינו בהם!

Anderson super atento y siempre respondió a cualquier duda...gracias amigo. la casa nos gustó mucho adrmas de tener todo lo basico el plus la vista de la terraza al lago, la tranquilidad y cerca de el centro y lugares turísticos y comerciales del lugar....recomendable...volveria

El lugar es un lugar privado accesible mayormente por el lago (vía lancha) aunque se puede caminar muy a gusto por un sendero a la orilla del lago, un lugar hermoso con una excelente vista, a tener en cuenta es el horario de las lanchas, ya que regularmente después de las 6 se tiene que contratar una lancha privada, sin duda regresaríamos pues el lugar es excelente

This slice of paradise is beyond words and you should just make the amazing decision of staying at the sunset lodge! I booked for two days and ended up staying here a week. Nothing was available so he upgraded me to the ROCK apartment. If you get the opportunity to stay in that unit take it! Luxury and nature at your finger tips. We had a great time, swimming off the property was great, the BnB was clean and looked better than the photos. The outdoor sidding was very nice and cozy. Niels was really responsive and flexible with check-in time.

Peaceful, beautiful, private and relaxing. Valentin is SO helpful and easily accessible via text after check in. The Airbnb is spotless and gives breathtaking views of the lake. The shared space (garden, docks) are simply stunning. We spent an entire day relaxing by the water. FYI, this is not really walkable to Pana or Santa Catarina but Valentin can easily arrange taxis if you need! Highly highly recommend this if you want a restorative space

El lugar está súper bien ubicado , cerca de Panajachel, de fácil acceso y una vista impresionante. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras y decorado con buen gusto. Tiene todas las facilidades que te hacen disfrutar de una estadía cómoda y relajada. Las camas son una delicia y la vista desde las habitaciones son un regalo al despertar. Sofia siempre fue súper amable y atenta todo el tiempo.

We loved our stay at Casa Bonita, the Airbnb is lovely, spacious, and well equipped, with comfortable beds and nice living area and kitchen. The outdoor terrace/pool area is beautiful and a lovely spot to relax in front of the view. Location is perfect - just outside of San Pedro so it’s nice and peaceful, but also close enough to walk or grab a Tuk Tuk into town. Finally a massive thank you to Marcos who was always super helpful and very responsive whenever we had questions. Would recommend to others in an instant. Gracias!

Words can not describe how amazing this place is. Miguel has gone above and beyond. It truly is a magical place. We ordered breakfast and dinner a few times and it was delivered to our room. The food was amazing. We also got massages in our room. Everyone here was so polite and helpful made us feel right at home. Area was safe and locals were very friendly. Miguel really has made this a paradise. Do yourself a favor and stay here you will not regret it.

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless check-in was easy, and the space was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the beach.

This place is a gorgeous gem! It’s like a magic trick walking from the busy street with vendors into an oasis of beauty. The property is a dream, the view is impeccable, the house is spacious and nice. We were just very hot the first night as the house had been closed up all day. There were some small bugs throughout the house…and the biggest concern was safety. There are multiple doors to the house that aren’t easily locked. The property feels safe and secure, just the house itself felt insecure. The family that stays on property is there for anything you need and so very helpful at any given moment you need help! They are kind, courteous, and stay out of your way unless you call on them. They let us use their paddle board and took it down to the beach for us and brought it back up. So kind. I would stay again!

5 stars!! Perfect location, great place for value, host was so awesome, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would stay here again if we ever come back. Plus best coffee we have ever had at this place!

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

Nicolas est un hôte exceptionnel, au-delà de l'accueil chaleureux, il a été d'une aide précieuse pour toute la durée de notre séjour (avec son ami Chema aka el mejor) L'appartement est conforme aux photos et les lits sont très confortables ! Une cuisine toute équipée et une petite terrasse avec vue sur le lac Somme toute, un appartement parfait pour votre séjour au lac !

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! My stay at Casa de Sirena was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and connection to nature that’s hard to find these days. The house is perfectly situated with a breathtaking view of the lake right from the backyard. Waking up each morning to that serene view and the sounds of nature was truly a gift. What made Casa de Sirena feel even more special was the little touches that brought it all to life. The chickens and the sweet dog on the property gave it a homey, comforting feel. It reminded me so much of my childhood—spending time outdoors, surrounded by animals, fresh air, and simple joys. It was a beautiful blend of nostalgia and tranquility. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat to recharge and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, or with your loved ones—Casa de Sirena is the perfect place. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming about my next visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

This was without a doubt the most special Airbnb we have stayed in. The views are indescribable, the house and grounds are beautifully kept, the hosts are proactive with their communication, and Miguel-Lukas and his team were so hard working and helpful in carrying our bags and organising food deliveries. The walk up to the house is steep, but we were sufficiently warned and Miguel helped with our bags. I'd recommend anyone travelling bring backpacks rather than suitcases. We would have felt awful watching Miguel and his team carry up a hardcase suitcase. Do remember to bring some cash with you to tip them for their help. This Airbnb is full of character and has everything you need. We wished we could have stayed for longer.
