Cala Deia. Mejores vistas en Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Haus Ibiskus auf der Finca Son Salvanet VT /2190

Die Finca Son Salvanet mit ihren 5 Ferienhäusern (traditionelle Steinhäuser, innen komfortabel restauriert) liegt zu Füßen des Bergdorfes Valldemossa, das zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen ist. Haus Ibiskus ist ein zauberhaftes Haus mit einem großen Schlaf/Wohnraum, abgetrennter Küche und Duschbad. Eine große Terrasse davor bietet Sitzplätze und Liegestühle. Der Blick geht auf das ca 30.000 qm große Grundstück mit vielen verschiedenen Bäumen und Blumen der Finca und auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge.

Preciosa casa-apartamento con encanto en bonito pueblo de la Sierra de Tramuntana. Reformada, de 30m2, muy luminosa, dormitorio con cama doble, baño, sala con cocina totalmente equipada y sofá-cama doble, jardín y terraza con piscina compartida. A 30 min en coche de las calas de la Costa Norte. Lugar ideal para practicar senderismo y ciclismo. Situado a tan solo 14km de Palma y a 25 min en coche del aeropuerto. The pool terrace is equiped with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and a barbeque. The inside has been fully renovated in June 2017. The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large. Quietness of the environment needs to be preserved.

Encantadora casa de piedra en el corazón de Valldemossa, en plena Sierra de Tramuntana (Patrimonio de la Humanidad, UNESCO). Completamente renovada, conservando su carácter mallorquín y perfectamente equipada con vistas a la montaña y aire acondicionado. With lots of charm and character, this Villa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday with family or friends. Amazing Luxury Finca - Can Jesús

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
