The lovely one-bedroom place is centrally located and has easy access to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and pubs are within walking distance. The most famous landmarks of Famagusta city are a 5-minute drive away. The most spectacular beaches of Famagusta are also within 5 to 10 minutes' driving distance. 2 bedrm apt w/use of Pool & walk to the beach

This is a beautifully and tastefully decorated light and airy apartment offering comfortable living space. Recently completely refurbished to a high standard the apartment has two large bedrooms one of which has a king size bed and the other has two large singles which can be pushed together to make a king size double. Both bedrooms offer generous wardrobe space, a full length mirror and a dressing table area.

Spacious Mediterranean-style villa, located just a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Nissi Beach in a secluded and family friendly residential neighbourhood. Includes use of pool and a gated garden perfect for children. 15 minute walk into Ayia Napa center and many restaurants within short walking distance. Family bookings only. Budget Accommodation near fantastic beaches. A nice, spacious flat located at a neglected building, means low prices and a great value for money. The flat inside is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for up to 5 persons, the unfortunate condition of common areas means we have to lower prices to compensate for that, and a stay by the beach at a bargain price!
