It's small and we love it for that, an immaculately clean 3-bedroom with beach access just across the street. I built both outdoor showers myself, so it feels calm and cared for the second you walk in. Beach gear, kid toys, even a surfboard, and an EV charger if you need it. Here's what's waiting for you:

This quaint Surf City beach cottage is newly remodeled and serves as the perfect getaway. It is conveniently located less than 1 mile to the Surf City pier and restaurants. Bring the family and enjoy life at the beach in this 2nd row home on the intercoastal waterway! After a long day soaking up the sun, rinse off using the full outdoor bathroom then cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.
