This is our third time staying at the Cedars and it was amazing as always! Such a cozy, peaceful spot for our family of 4. Loved the wintry landscape and warmth of the cottage. Beautiful views of the lake. Beds were super cozy and the bathrooms were pristine! Only a 20 minute drive to Sir Sam’s ski resort, which we ventured to as well. The outdoor sauna was a fantastic addition, especially after a day of skiing! Ashley is a fantastic host who is always available and responsive if needed. We wish we had stayed longer! Thanks Ashley and Peter! We will be back for sure! :)

We had a great time at Jess’s property. I would highly recommend it. The location is great and close to many trails/conservations for hikes. The outdoor space is beautiful. The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Jess was quick to get back to us on questions and a good communicator. We will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

Such a gorgeous property and stunning views! The main living area had views from both south and north views of the lake since it is on a point. Stocked with everything we needed. Was a lovely weekend to honour my late uncle with my family. Balsam lake was his favourite spot. We went up the weekend after the huge ice storm so the place was running on a generator, which actually stopped working for a bit but the owners were on top of it as soon as they heard. They were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again in nicer weather! 🙌🙌

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this delightful cottage. The property is immaculately maintained, tastefully furnished, and situated in a peaceful, picturesque setting. What a sensational weekend get away. This cottage had it ALL! Brilliant decor, a kitchen that I would love to have in my own home! Such a well thought out layout and gathering areas for relaxing, eating and playing games. The decor….amazing. The games room, simply spectacular, and the downstairs tv area, just wonderful. The views were off the charts, beautiful, and we had the most incredible weekend. Erika was very accommodating and flexible with check in etc. The kitchen is well stocked and we had an exceptional weekend. Would rent again.

This place was absolutely amazing and It located in a highly Peaceful and Private Location. The house is extremely clean and neat. The Furniture and interior design was Stunning. We had a fantastic time there. I would highly Recommend this place to anyone. Specially, Taylor was one of the great host I have ever dealt with. Very promo and responsive. Wonderful cottage, in a perfect location. Gorgeous and peaceful lake front, with a bon fire spot overlooking it. Everything was nearly brand new (appliances, large tv, hot tub, bbq) Kayaks were great to use to explore the Lake. Friendly general store 5 mins away. Amazing sunset. Foosball. Don’t hesitate.

I had an excellent stay at Dianne’s cottage! The place was exactly as listed, clean, homey, quiet and peaceful. The property was very well taken care of, everything was clean and kitchen fully stocked with appliances and cookware! I had a slight issue with the wifi (as to be expected with satellite internet). But Dianne incredibly helpful and even sent out a maintenance person right away to solve the issue. I would absolutely book another stay!

My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! Definitely give her a 5 outta 5 I will certainly stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for a airbnb in Bancroft area! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
