Erica’s place was exactly as described. Very remote and the Bambarra beach was very beautiful and great for swimming. The house was also filled with a lot of cooking amenities (olive oil, seasonings) and large 5 gallon containers of water. We really loved Dragon Cay beach, secret beach and Bambarra Beach. The home is a short walk to the Bambarra Beach public access. This area was wonderful with a couple of friendly locals who were selling food and drinks and a relaxing environment. Also, half way to the beach there was a sea turtle habitat and we saw around 50 sea turtles, which was a big highlight. We went to Three Mary Cays and Wild Cow Run, however due to the road conditions it took awhile to reach these beaches and the Wild Cow Run beach had a lot of trash. As noted in Erica’s description, they are doing construction on the next property. It did not really bother us, as we did not stay at the property during the day, but it was loud with air compressors running power tools.

Nous avons eu une magnifique semaine, très tranquille chez Greter. Les plages (Bambara et Dragons Cay) sont magnifiques et très peu achalandées. La maison est plus grande que ce qu’on pensait, ce qui a été une belle surprise. Il faut être bien préparé avant l’arrivée (faire l’épicerie, réserver le traversier et louer une voiture pour se déplacer sur l’île), mais une fois rendu, l’endroit est parfait pour relaxer. Nous n’avions pas reçu le code pour entrer à notre arrivée, mais nous avons reçu de l’aide immédiatement lorsqu’on a appelé l’homme qui entretient l’endroit.

Have you ever loved a place so much you don't want to do a review because you think too many people will love it and then it will be hard to rent in the future - that is most definitely this place!!! We have been renting places for years (Hawaii included) and this place by far had the best views and the most amazing host. The views that surround you are indescribable and cannot be captured in a photo - wake up to the ocean and sunrise - walk to the beach - end the day with a beautiful sunset. The home is lovely, and the infinity pool is amazing. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful with just enough to do. Ed and Candy love Middle Island and have built lifelong relationships with local residents who extend their welcome and knowledge to all guests who are lucky enough to enjoy this home. Transition from airport in Provo, to boat ferry to rental car on middle island was easy, adventurous and FUN!! Thank you for a GREAT spring break trip with my daughter - we are planning our next stay.

Just as the previous comments, you are paying for the view. We had issues with water but Regina and the maintenance team got it working by 11 pm on Easter. There are upgrades that need to be done to the house but we made it work. Regina made our stay wonderful and very responsive to our text messages. We plan on coming back to bring the extended family.

Located at the Dragon Cay Resort, the Sunset Cottage was the perfect getaway overlooking beautiful Middle Caicos and the shore. The sights were unbelievably beautiful and the on site restaurant was the best restaurant in the area. The Cottage is also a short drive to many beautiful places in Middle Caicos such as Bambarra Beach. Highly recommend. Will note that the Cottage is starting to show its age a bit as we were without hot water during our stay and there was a loud flapping noise that apparently was caused by a rusted piece of siding. That said, I would stay here 100 more times with those two items still present - that is how beautiful and idyllic the Cottage and area are.

Great visit. Property is lovely and a quick 2 minute drive to the beach. Chairs and umbrella provided at the house. When not at the beach, the pool is gorgeous and the backyard is just lovely. Highly recommend.

Me and my wife has a great experience. If you're looking glits and glam this isn't the place for you, but if your looking for an amazing getway with everything you need in a wonderful location this is a 10 out of a 10. Host was amazing at communication and the onsite people were amazing. We had some power issues and lost water for a little bit but the staff was GREAT at getting it back up and running and brought us extra water. The restarant has good food and the staff was great as well. We cooked breakfast most days had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some adventrue and to unplug from every day life. Just what we needed!

Stunning property and location if you really want to get away from it all. We felt like the pictures didn’t really showcase how beautiful the landscape is around here. There are some very helpful reviews that explain how getting to Middle Caicos needs to be thought out carefully when coming in from PLS so please do read. It is, however, well worth the extra planning. Would recommend to anyone looking for nature, stunning beaches all to yourself, privacy, tranquility and simply to disconnect. Would not recommend to anyone looking for nightlife, bars, restaurants, hustle and bustle. Cynthia was also very responsive to the many questions we had. Thank you for a great stay!

Girls trip to Provo and middle Caicos. We will never stay on Provo again. It was the most spectacular beachfront property. The house was fabulous and the kitchen was incredibly well appointed. We were able to cook wonderful meals and lacked for nothing. From bakeware to insulated tumblers and every size plate, pot, pan and every kitchen appliance you could think of. We cooked steaks on the outdoor grill as well. The pictures online don’t do justice to the view from the back porch. Stunning beauty, on a very private stretch of Bambarra beach. We walked to a coral reef to go snorkeling, location provided by the host and explored breathtaking Mudjin beach very close by. This property and host were second to none, truly. We talked about returning, as we were leaving and will never stay anywhere but here in the future. If you have an opportunity to go, this Airbnb will provide the trip of a lifetime.
